| Abstract: Nanog is essential for embryonic stem cells (ESCs) to regulate selfrenewal and promote cell proliferation as well as to maintain its pluripotent state. Recently, some studies have suggested that Nanog was expressed in human tumors and stem cells, which lay a foundation to further explore its role in biological behaviour of tumor and imply that Nanog may regulate tumor development as an important therapeutic target. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
