| 摘要:
特异性核基质结合区结合蛋白-1(special AT rich sequence binding protein, SATB1)是一 种组织特异性表达的核基质结合区结合蛋白。它在浸润性乳腺癌中表达,而正常组织细胞中一般不存在 。研究表明,SATB1与乳腺癌的生长、转移及预后等关系密切。SATB1作为乳腺癌的“基因组组织者”, 将成为乳腺癌诊断、病程进展、转移潜能及判断愈后的有用指标。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Abstract:
Special AT rich sequence binding protein (SATB1) is a tissue-specific expression of nuclear matrix-binding protein. It is expressed in invasive breast cancer. Studies have shown that SATB1 correlates with the growth, metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer. As a breast cancer “gene group organizers”,SATB1 will become a useful indicator for breast cancer diagnosis, disease progression, metastatic potential and prognosis. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
