Caspase-3在丙型肝炎基因治疗中的研究进展 |

摘要：
丙型肝炎是常见的传染病，目前尚缺乏特异性的治疗方法，而特异性的基因治疗策略可能是一种理想的方案。该方案利用HCV表达的核心蛋白特异性激活2′-5′寡核苷酸合成酶（2′-5′OAS）启动子，进而激活重组caspase-3导致HCV感染的肝细胞凋亡，达到特异性治疗丙型肝炎的目的。 |

Abstract:
Hepatitis C is a usual infection disease, so far we still have not specific treatments for it, while a new specific gene therapy strategy may be an ideal program. This program was that the promoter of the human 2′-5′-oligoadenylate synthetase gene which could be specific activated by hepatitis C virus core protein activated recombination caspase-3 in order to induce apoptosis of the HCV-infected hepatic cells |
