cancer lymphangiogenesis
［Abstract］The invasion and metastasis of cancer is a complex pathological process. Plenty of studys show that lymphangiogenesis is related with the possibility of cancer cell’s migratiation in the regional lymph nodes and lymphoid organs. Recently,lots of studys find that microenvironment，especially tumor-associated macrophages (TAM), plays an indispensable role in cancerous progression,and it might be crucial in the invasion and metastasis.Our paper reviewed the related research fingdings and discussed the relationship among TAM, lymphagenese and the behavior of cancerous invasion and metastasis, so that it might offer a new method to explore the hypostasis of carcinoma.
