瘦素在糖代谢中的作用与机制 |

摘要：
瘦素是重要的脂肪细胞因子。近年发现瘦素及其受体参与了胰岛素抵抗(IR)。瘦素本身可造成脂肪组织的IR，减少脂肪合成，增加脂肪分解，从而引起肝脏和肌肉的IR，使胰岛素依赖的糖处理效率受到削弱，与2型糖尿病的形成与发展密切相关。 |

Abstract:
Leptin is one of the important adipocytokines. Leptin and leptin receptor altogether participate insulin resistance.Leptin itself may cause insulin resistance in adipose tissue, decrease adipose synthesis, increase steatolysis,also cause insulin resistance in liver and muscle,weaken glucose disposal dependent insulin. Leptin and its receptor closely associate with type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
