摘要:
白藜芦醇是一种天然存在的植物抗毒素, 广泛存在于多种植物中,是防治肿瘤的绿色抗癌药物。体内外实验表明,白藜芦醇对大多数肿瘤的起始、增殖、发展3个主要阶段均有抑制乃至逆转作用。其抗肿瘤机制可以通过抗氧化、阻滞细胞周期、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、诱导肿瘤细胞分化、抑制环氧化物酶和细胞色素酶P450的活性、干扰相关信号转导通路、抑制肿瘤血管生成等发挥作用。 |

Abstract:
Resveratrol, a phytoalexin found in grapes and other food products, has been demonstrated to be a green anticancer drug. Recently, resveratrol was shown to have cancer chemopreventive activity in vivo and in vitro, and its cancer chemopreventive mechanism involves prevention, delay, or reversal of the process of tumor initiation, promotion and progression, three major stages of carcinogenesis. Its anticancer effects may be mediated by antioxidization, blocking the cell cycles, promoting apoptosis, inducing the differentiation of tumor cells, inhibiting cyclooxygenase and cytochrome P450 enzymes, interfering signal transduction and inhibiting angiogenesis. |
