摘要：
肿瘤分子标志物在肿瘤诊断、侵袭、转移、疗效判断和预后预测等方面具有重要作用，而肿瘤标志物的筛选需检测其在成百上千例肿瘤的不同发展阶段、不同分化程度和其相应正常组织中的表达，分析其表达水平与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。组织芯片技术为筛选肿瘤分子标志物提供了新的高通量工具，显著加速了基因组学和蛋白组学技术在肿瘤临床中的应用。 |

Abstract:
Molecular markers play an important role in the many aspects such as tumor diagnosis,tumor invasion and metastasis analysis,tumor curative judgment and prognosis prediction. However, the selection of molecular markers need to analyze its expression in hundreds of thousands of tumors in different development stages, different differentiation grades and correspondent normal tissues and the correlation between the expression level and clinicopathological feature. Tissue microarrays technology provide a new high-throughput tool for the selection of tumor biomarkers, which has obviously accelerated the application of genomics and functional proteomics in clinical tumor diagnosis. |
