摘要：
微小RNA（microRNAs，miRNAs）是一类含有约22个核苷酸的内源性非编码RNAs，通过与靶基因mRNA的3′端非翻译区（3′untranslated region，3′UTR）不完全性互补配对，介导转录后基因调控。miRNAs在人类肿瘤的发生和发展中扮演重要角色，发挥着癌基因或抑癌基因的作用。miRNAs可以作为肿瘤的生物标记和诊断工具，将成为新一代的抗肿瘤治疗的靶点。 |

Abstract:
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous noncoding RNAs, about 22 nucleotides in length, which mediate the post-transcriptional gene modulation by annealing to incomplete complementary sequences in the 3′ untranslated regions of target mRNAs. MicroRNAs play important roles in the occurrence and development of human tumor, and act as either tumor suppressors or oncogenes. They can be used as diagnostic markers of tumor and will become the new anti-cancer therapeutic targets in the future. |
