摘要:
微循环作为机体最小的循环单位,极大地影响纳米药物的运输、代谢,成为纳米医学研究的重要平台;特别是微血管内皮细胞在纳米医学的靶向性研究、安全性检测和疾病诊断中发挥了重要作用,推动了肿瘤及其他微血管相关疾病的诊断、治疗。建立纳米医学的微循环检测平台,对纳米药物的临床可应用性进行评估亟待进行。 |

Abstract:
As the least circulatory unit, microcirculation affects the delivery and metabolism of drugs greatly, and has become the important responsive stage of nanomedicine research. Especially the discovery of protein markers expressed by micro-vascular endothelium and its targeting role in nanomedicine research improved the possibility in diagnosis and therapy of diseases including tumor, vascular-related diseases and so on.It is necessary to establish the detective platform of microcirculation about nanomedicine for evaluation of the clinical availability of nano-drug. |
