伊洛前列素治疗儿童先天性心脏病术后肺动脉高压对血液流变学的影响

摘要

目的:观察吸入伊洛前列素治疗先天性心脏病术后肺动脉高压患儿的血液流变学指标变化。方法:随机选择10例术后未吸入伊洛前列素患儿,10例术后24 h吸入伊洛前列素患儿,年龄0~14岁。运用血液流变学仪检测吸入伊洛前列素前后3项血液流变学指标。结果:与未吸入伊洛前列素组相比,吸入伊洛前列素后24 h患儿红细胞聚集性和血液屈服应力明显降低,红细胞变形指数增高。未吸入组术后0 h与24 h血液流变学指标差异均无统计学意义。结论:吸入伊洛前列素能明显改善儿童先天性心脏病肺动脉高压的血液流变学性状。

Influence of iloprost on hemorheology of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension in children

Abstract:

Objective To determine the change in hemorheology index with or without inhalation of iloprost for children with pulmonary hypertension secondary to congenital heart disease. Methods Altogether 10 children with pulmonary hypertension secondary to congenital heart disease who did not receive the iloprost inhalation treatment and 10 children with the same condition who received the ilporost inhalation treatment were randomly selected for our study. Children aged from 0 to 14. Hemorheology instrument was used to measure the change in hemorheology index in 2 groups. Results Compared with children without inhalation of iloprost, erythrocyte aggregation and blood yield stress decreased significantly, erythrocyte deformation index increased significantly 24 hours after children inhalated iloprost. There was no significant difference in hemorheology index between the non-inhalation groups at the point when children went into ICU and 24 h later. Conclusion Inhalation of iloprost can obviously improve the hemorheology properties in children with pulmonary hypertension secondary to congenital heart disease.
